Malteaser slice | Easter edition


I decided I'd make this amazing Malteaser slice again a few days ago and thought I'd share it with you lovely bunch!

Ingredients - 

100g Butter
250g Digestive Biscuits
225g Malteasers
200g Milk Chocolate
3 tbsp Golden Syrup

Optional extra 100g of chocolate for topping

Method -

Crush the digestive biscuits and Malteasers together.

Melt the butter, milk chocolate and golden syrup.

Add this to the crushed biscuits and Malteasers and mix together.

Pour the mixture out into a grease proof dish and compact down.

Leave to set in the fridge.

Optional topping - Once set, melt the additional chocolate and pour on top. Pop back into the fridge to set.

I also gave mine a bit more of an Easter effect by topping it with Mini Eggs.

Cut into pieces and enjoy!
